Lineage & Style

The Frog Lotus Yoga 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Certified teacher training is a comprehensive, enriching, and high-integrity program designed to create a strong foundation from which to teach yoga. Our program focuses on anatomical awareness, safe alignment, progressive sequencing, and hands-on assisting. Graduates will have a sound understanding of how to lead an accessible, intelligent and well-rounded practice to a diverse student base.

Our program has been successfully running for 15 years and we have graduates teaching all over the world! At the end of the course, you will be a Certified Yoga Instructor, ready to teach and eligible to register with Yoga Alliance. You will be qualified to lead BOTH ‘Hatha Yoga Interdisciplinary’ AND ‘Vinyasa Flow Yoga’. This is a rare opportunity to receive a double certification!

We teach a safe, alignment-based yoga style that is creative, dynamic, and intelligently sequenced. It can be easily adapted to diverse levels and different tempos for a well-rounded and integrated yoga practice. The philosophy portion of the program is based on the ‘8 Limb Path’ of Patanjali and enriched by the history of the yogic tradition of India. The asana practice is inspired by Hatha Yoga and the Ashtanga system of Pattabhi Jois, where poses are linked together with the breath through the rhythm of Sun Salutations with relevant warm-up and cool-down elements in every practice.

If you are searching for a program where you will receive full support, expert instruction, and lasting inspiration, Jennifer Yarro and Frog Lotus Yoga Staff is the place for you! In this Yoga Teacher Training you will find a safe space to push your own edge of your physical practice, expand your knowledge of the foundations of Yoga, and will emerge open-hearted, radiant with confidence, brimming with possibility, and fully prepared to teach!
